BAKE JUNCTION, “PASSIONATE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH”, is committed to supply freshly baked bakery products and hence by principle it does not produce anything in anticipation.
We expect confirmed visibility of sale / demand before production to avoid wastage and maintain best quality and hence we allow ordering up to one month in advance with greater discounts.
You can place order(s) in advance for whole month at a time or multiple times and get rewarded with discounts up to 25% (the early you book, higher the discount you get).
Our products are healthy as we use negligible preservatives for health reasons and hence it has smaller shelf life then competitive product in market. If you really care about you and your family health, you will appreciate our approach and understand why we cannot keep the product ready?
For ease of ordering and maximum benefit of our customers we have made our ordering and cancelling system very easy.
Once you place the order successfully, the same is confirmed to you via system generated notification.
You can go ahead and cancel your order without losing any money (except when your order moves into production, which is alerted to you by us via SMS usually 24 hrs before delivery). Irrespective of whenever you have ordered your order moves into production usually 12-24 hrs before delivery depending upon lead time of production needed by that particular product.
BAKE JUNCTION do not cancel the order in usual circumstances, however if it need to do so because of circumstances which are beyond its control, it give 100% refund of your amount. In case you initiate cancellation of your order before it has moved into production you get 100 % refund of your amount, however in case your order has already moved into production you get refund of 25% .
The money refunded to you in all the above 3 cases are moved into your personal BAKE JUNCTION wallet and the same is intimated to you via system generated message alerts. You can very well check the same by visiting your wallet immediately after the message is received. The amount refunded to you can be used by you for your next purchase.
Tracking your Order Policy
The system has been designed to alert you on every step of your order right form your order booking to your delivery automatically. In addition to this if you wish you can also go and check status of your previously delivered and undelivered orders any time within the application.
Change of delivery schedule Policy
Since we have heavy discounts for pre-booking, and rates of all the products are different on different dates and schedule, change of delivery schedule in not entertained. If such a need arise, you will have to cancel your order according to cancellation policy, get the refund, and rebook your order according to rates prevailing for new delivery schedule.
Bake junction believes in providing best services and hence unlike any other e-commerce application it does not just take order from any customer, where it is not sure to deliver in time.
Bake junction first ensures proper arrangement to make supply in the society / area, enables your society / area on the application and then takes orders.
You will not be able to select your society / area, if service is not provided in your society / area.
It is the responsibility of customer to select correct society / area on the application and provide correct address.
No claim shall be entertained by BAKE JUNCTION if customer provides wrong address to us. Or if a person books order from the area where we do not have supply arrangement.
Since one order can be scheduled for maximum of 1 month in parts, if you are changing your address in between, you will need to contact us to make rectification in your address. In case BAKE JUNCTION does not have delivery arrangement in your new address, it will ask you to cancel the remaining order according to cancellation policy.
Business Promotion Policy
BAKE JUNCTION shall give you free gift coupons and credit occasionally in your account and give you alert. You can use the same within its validity for subsequent purchase.
IMP: It will be the responsibility of customer to enable our delivery person to enter the society for delivery and provide support to get access from society / committee. BAKE JUNCTION shall provide the entire mandatory document required for identification of the delivery person one time. Providing monthly gate pass for the delivery person will be appreciated as it will enable us to provide better services. BAKE JUNCTION shall ensure that person going for delivery is genuine. Any misconduct of delivery person should be informed to BAKE JUNCTION on contacts provided on “Contact us section” on our application / website.
Customers are usually expected to be present at the address and delivery schedule mentioned by them at the time of booking order to receive the order. However some time it is unavoidable for them to wait because of some urgency. If such a situation arises, they are advised to kindly hang a bag on their door which is secured with zip. The delivery person shall put your order in that bag and go away. If the same is not followed, the delivery person will have no other option then hanging your delivery in disposable bags on / near your door. If nothing is possible to hang, the person shall leave your order on the floor and go away.
No claim shall be entertained by BAKE JUNCTION in case your delivery is destroyed / taken away by some unknown entity.
BAKE JUNCTION wants to give best possible services, however since there is no minimum fixed value for delivery and Bake Junction does not charge any money for delivery, it is not able to make delivery on priority.
However we are coming up with delivery point in your area and you may kindly co-ordinate with your delivery point and agree on arrangement to receive your order early once your delivery reaches at his/her point.
BAKE JUNCTION does not take the sold stuffs back in any situation except when the products are found defective. In case customer finds the product to be defective, it should preserve the defective product and report the same on the address / contact no mentioned on “contact us” section on our application / website, within 4 hours after the product is received.
We will collect the defective product from you to do causal analysis and refund the amount in your BAKE JUNCTION wallet for later use. You will get the notification of the same on your registered mobile / email. No cash shall be refunded.
BAKE JUNCTION while dispatching your order from factory shall send your invoice in email. You shall get the notification for same on your registered mobile no and email. Customers are advised to preserve the soft copy of invoice for later use. No hard copy of the invoice shall be provided.
BAKE JUNCTION currently does not have COD (Cash on Delivery) or credit facility. We have arrangement with payment gate way on our mobile application / website to collect money on our behalf. You need to pay full money in advance to confirm your order. The payment gate way fees are paid by BAKE JUNCTION.
Discontinuation of Services and Balance Transfer Policy
In the event of customer wanting to discontinue services from BAKE JUNCTION, Customer should write a mail to email@example.com from the registered mail id giving the reason of discontinuation and bank detail of its own where money need to be returned. The money remaining in your wallet shall be transferred to you (after detecting Rs 50) and intimated on the registered mail ID.
Money shall not be transferred in any other account.
Content Change Policy
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice and you agree to be bound by such changes. Those changes shall be posted on the website and mobile application.

2.1 We aim to excel in the quality of our produce and the service we provide. By shopping with us online you can expect high standards.

When shopping with us online, a Contract of Sale is made at the time we accept your order, and the contract shall be under Indian law, irrespective of where you are. 3.1 Bake Junction currently does not makes any extra charge to cover the cost of packing and delivery;
3.2 All orders are despatched based on your requested time schedule (see our delivery policy for more information). This ensures that goods are maintained in perfect condition during transit. The drivers and delivery boys know they are carrying perishable goods.
3.3 Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. The delivery shall be deemed to have been made either when the buyer accepts delivery in person, or when the driver leaves your delivery at the premises (in case no one is at the delivery address to receive the delivery and the payment has already been made).
3.4 Where specific deliveries date has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given full refund.
3.5 Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods, or where the Buyer fails to take delivery at the agreed time, at the time delivery was attempted.
3.6 Title in the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until payment of the price has been made in full.
3.7 Customer cannot refuse a delivery for whatever reason.
3.8 You must inspect the Products as soon as possible after delivery and notify us promptly if you find any defects, by calling us, emailing us or writing to us at the telephone number or address shown on our Website /.application We will replace or refund you for defective Products.
4. PACKAGING FOR DELIVERY
4.1 You may rest assured we have taken great care to ensure your goods arrive in best condition.
5. UNFULFILLED ORDERS
5.1 Because of the nature of some of our produce and limited supply of raw material, it is possible that from time to time, we may be unable to fulfil some orders. In that case we will cancel your order and make full refund of any amount paid in your wallet for further use in Bake Junction
6. PRICE AND PAYMENT
6.1 The price of the Goods and/or Services shall be that stipulated on the Website / application. The prices mentioned are without GST.
6.2 The total purchase price, including GST, will be displayed in the Buyer’s shopping cart prior to confirming the order.
6.3 Payment of the price plus GST and delivery charges, if applicable, must be made at the point of ordering.
7. RIGHTS OF SUPPLIER
7.1 The Supplier reserves the right to periodically update prices on the Website / application, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. The Supplier shall make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the point at which the Buyer places an order.
7.2 The Supplier reserves the right to withdraw any Goods and/or Services from the Website / Application at any time.
7.3 The Supplier reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any promotion or offer code at any time.
7.4 The Supplier shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any Goods and/or Services from the Website or for refusing to process an order.
8. DATA PROTECTION
8.1 All data we collect from you will be used exclusively for the purposes of our dealings, to help us offer improved or new services to you, and may be stored on computer. Your details will be held securely, in confidence, and never disclosed to any third party without your express permission, save by order of a court.
8.2 We’ll seldom use your email ids & phone numbers to keep you updated about our new product ranges, discounts, etc. Also, we will treat that as a feedback channel with reply-to ids mentioned in the communication.
9. PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
9.1 The Supplier shall perform the Services with reasonable skill and care. However, where applicable, the Supplier does not guarantee that the Services will be un interrupted, or error-free or that any data generated, stored, transmitted or used via or in connection with the Services will be complete, accurate, up to date, received or delivered correctly or at all. The Supplier may have to suspend the Services for repair, maintenance or improvement. If so, the Supplier will restore them as quickly as is reasonably possible.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
10.1 The Supplier shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.
